We take our responsibilities under applicable privacy and data protection laws (“Privacy Laws”) seriously and are committed to respecting the privacy rights of all users of our website and mobile application (the “Platform”). We refer to the Platform and the services we provide via the Platform collectively as the “Services.” “Users” means any individual or entity that registers an account or otherwise uses the Services, including buyers and sellers.

1.2 We recognize the importance of the personal data you entrust to us and consider it our responsibility to properly manage, protect, and process your personal data. This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) explains how we collect, use, disclose, and/or otherwise process personal data about you, whether now or in the future, so that you can make informed decisions before providing us with any personal data.

1.3 By using the Services, registering for an account, visiting the Platform, or otherwise accessing the Services, you acknowledge and agree to the practices, requirements, and policies described in this Policy, and you consent to our collection, use, disclosure, and/or processing of your personal data as set out herein. If you do not consent to the processing of your personal data as described in this Policy, please do not use the Services or access the Platform. We may amend this Policy from time to time. Where required by law, we will notify you (including by posting the amended Policy on the Platform). To the fullest extent permitted by law, your continued use of the Services or Platform, including the placing of any orders, constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the changes.

1.4 This Policy applies in conjunction with other notices, contractual terms, and consent statements that may apply to the collection, storage, use, disclosure, and/or processing of your personal data. Where expressly stated, such notices or terms will prevail.

1.5 Unless expressly stated otherwise, this Policy applies to both buyers and sellers who use the Services.

6.2 As purposes may depend on context, not every purpose can be listed above. Where required, we will notify you and seek consent for additional purposes, unless otherwise permitted under Privacy Laws.

7. Protection and Retention of Personal Data

7.1 We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data in our systems. Access is limited to authorized personnel with a business need‑to‑know. Nonetheless, no method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7.2 We retain personal data in accordance with Privacy Laws and other applicable laws. We will destroy or anonymize personal data when (i) the purpose of collection is no longer served, (ii) retention is no longer necessary for legal/business purposes, and (iii) no other legitimate interests warrant further retention. If you cease using the Platform or your access is terminated, we may continue to store, use, and/or disclose your personal data as permitted by this Policy and applicable laws. 8.2 We may share user information (including statistical/demographic data and usage of the Services) with advertising partners and third‑party ad/remarketing providers.

8.3 Where applicable laws permit collection, use, or disclosure without consent, such permissions shall continue to apply. Subject to law, we may process personal data to comply with legal obligations, perform our contract with you, pursue our legitimate interests (balanced against your rights), or in connection with legal claims.

8.4 While we deploy reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data, we cannot guarantee absolute security against unlawful interception, unauthorized access, or technology failures beyond our control.

8.5 Where the Platform enables you to share YouTube content (e.g., via livestreams or embedded players), we may use YouTube API Services. By using such features you agree to be bound by the Google Privacy Policy: http://www.google.com/policies/privacy.

8.6 Consistent with our Terms & Conditions, Users (including employees/agents acting on their behalf) who possess another User’s personal data via the Services agree to: (i) comply with applicable Privacy Laws; (ii) allow JD Dropshipping or the data subject to request deletion from the Receiving Party’s systems; and (iii) allow JD Dropshipping or the data subject to review what has been collected, in each case as required by law.

10. Information Collected by Third Parties

10.1 The Platform may use Google Analytics or similar analytics services that use cookies to analyze usage. Information generated by cookies (including IP addresses) may be transmitted to and stored on servers operated by the analytics provider. Such providers may transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law or where such third parties process the information on their behalf. 13. Your Rights: Withdraw Consent, Access, Correction, Deletion

13.1 Withdrawing Consent / Deletion. You may withdraw consent for our collection, use, disclosure, and/or request deletion of personal data in our possession/control by emailing our Data Protection Officer at privacy@dropjd.com (or another address we may designate on the Platform). We will process such requests in accordance with this Policy and applicable law. Withdrawal of consent may affect our ability to provide the Services and may require termination of your account/relationship with us.

13.2 YouTube Data Controls. Where you share YouTube content, you may also revoke our access via Google’s security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.

13.3 Access/Correction. If you have an account, you may access and/or correct certain personal data via your account settings. Otherwise, you may request access/correction by emailing privacy@dropjd.com. We may need information sufficient to verify your identity and understand your request.
